The price of the programme is 2,385.00 EUR plus 19% VAT per person.
This price covers the logistical arrangements package, registration and access to all events of the programme, including:
- participation in 10 site visits and working sessions
- certificate confirming the successful completion of the programme
- coffee-breaks and lunches on all days of the programme
- welcoming dinner and farewell event on the first and last days
- inter-city transport to all items of the programme
- sightseeing tour in Hamburg
- assistance for the visa application (official letter of invitation)
- accommodation (6 nights in a 3* hotel incl. breakfast in Hamburg)
To apply for the Professional Development Programme, please complete the online application form by March 13, 2020 24:00 CEST.
After the application closing date, successful applicants will receive an official invitation to the programme together with an agreement, invoice and advice on the next stage of the process.
Payment Modalities:
The payment should be made by bank transfer in two instalments:
- Registration fee: 1,385.00 EUR (plus 19% VAT) to be paid by the 20th of March 2020;
- Hotel & logistical package: 1,000.00 EUR (plus 19% VAT) to be paid by the 15th April 2020.
Please note that your place in the Professional Development Porgramme, is secured only after the agreement is signed and the registration fee is received by the secretariat.
